At Dandy Willow, we like to keep things in order for you to receive your products as soon as possible! Shipping usually takes 2 to 3 weeks from the date of your order, but can even be earlier, as fast as 5 days depending on your location!

Shipping costs are calculated and shown upon checkout. The rates vary depending on your location and on the location of your item.

Customs policies vary from country to country. Please note that you may be charged with additional duties to be paid. We do not have full control over state duties and taxes hence, we advise that you contact your local customs office for further information. In the event your parcel is being withheld at customs, do not hesitate to let us know via hello@dandywillow.com. We will do our best to assist you!

1. First, browse over Dandy Willow’s collection and find the products you want. Click on the product that you have decided to buy.
2. Select the size, color or applicable options that you require then click Add to Cart.
3. The Shopping Cart Summary will display your ordered items, the quantity and subtotal. You can also add order notes.
4. Once you have all your items in cart, click on the checkout button. Please input your shipping and billing details and make sure that you have entered them correctly. Double check all information especially your mailing address and contact numbers so we can include it in our delivery notice and the postman can reach you in case you’re not home when the package arrives.
5. Choose your preferred payment method. We accept debit/credit card or PayPal balance.
6. Lastly, Please click on complete order button. You will be directed to the thank you/order status page. Please take note of the information from this page since it contains important details of your order. Copy your order tracking number so you can check order updates.
